Mastering

What does mastering actually do?
Mastering polishes a finished mix into a release-ready file. Our engine adjusts EQ, dynamics, and loudness so the track sits in the right zone for streaming, club, or broadcast. We don't mix or rearrange your song — you bring the mix, we deliver the master.

What file formats can I upload and download?
Uploads: WAV, FLAC, MP3, AAC, M4A. Downloads (depending on your plan): MP3, WAV, HD-WAV, AAC, and FLAC. The format picker shows which formats your current plan unlocks.
Account & billing

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your subscription page — you keep access until the end of the billing period, then drop back to free. Your library and playlists stay intact.

Where are my files stored?
On private object storage with strict per-account access — nobody else can read your uploads or masters. Delete an item and it's removed within a few minutes.

Do you train AI on my music?
No. We don't use customer audio to train models. The engine is a deterministic DSP pipeline — same input plus same recipe always produces bit-identical output, and we don't mine your tracks for anything else.
